This Accounting Analyst role covers quarterly and monthly financial statements, reporting packages, accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations. You will process invoices, credits, payments, deposits, and tax returns while maintaining accurate corporate and customer files. The position also supports year-end and audit working papers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quarterly and monthly financial statements and reporting packages
Create accruals, journal entries, invoices, credits, and payments
Complete bank, account, sub-ledger, and GL reconciliations
Prepare GST/PST returns and bank deposits
Assist the CFO with projects, audits, and year-end working papers
Requirements:

One to three years of general accounting experience
One to three years with payroll, receivables, and payables
Strong analytical, reconciliation, detail, and accuracy skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Criminal background check required
Use analytical accounting, reconciliation, and reporting skills to maintain accurate records and timely financial processes.
