ABA Instructor Therapist New Tecumseth
Side by Side Therapy - (Now Hiring)
Apply ABA teaching strategies with children in New Tecumseth as an Instructor Therapist. This part-time contract includes home-based, one-on-one sessions.
Side by Side Therapy seeks skilled Instructor Therapists for New Tecumseth and surrounding areas. You will support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities. Sessions follow direction from a Senior Therapist and RBA, with minimum availability of four hours across afternoons, weeknights, or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement ABA sessions according to RBA direction
Follow each client’s Individualized Service Plan
Record and graph required data and notes
Apply RBA feedback promptly to improve outcomes
Communicate regularly with families, teams, and agency
Requirements:
Six months’ Instructor Therapist or similar experience
Experience implementing ABA procedures under RBA direction
College Diploma or University Degree in related field
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and four-hour minimum availability
Support individualized ABA programming through prepared sessions, accurate documentation, and clear communication with Side by Side Therapy teams.
