Lead Royal Service operations at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in Banff National Park, using guest service and communication expertise. The role includes flexible hours.
As Royal Service Supervisor, you will support agent training, scheduling, performance management, and guest communication. You will maintain procedures, coordinate telephone and radio systems, and help departments deliver guest satisfaction. Two years of front office, guest services, or Royal Service experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting and initial Royal Service Agent training
Maintain training manuals and accessible standard operating procedures
Create schedules and conduct performance appraisals
Handle guest compliments, complaints, questions, and concerns
Prepare call statistics and communicate findings to department heads
Requirements:
Minimum two years of relevant guest service experience
Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Property Manager, Opera, Word, or Excel knowledge is an asset
