Weekend Night Case Manager
Good Shepherd Centres
Support Good Shepherd residents overnight on weekends through intake, assessment, and respectful housing services at Martha House.
This part-time Case Manager position runs Saturday and Sunday nights from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. You will extend Good Shepherd’s mission through residential and non-residential client support. Responsibilities combine case management, crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and practical shelter tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide respectful housing support services
Complete intake and assessment for each resident
Maintain a resident caseload
Follow health and safety rules and legislation
Clean, serve food, and move belongings
Requirements:
Flexible schedule for weekend night shifts
Related post-secondary education required
Experience working in residential settings preferred
Knowledge of issues affecting cis women, trans, and non-binary individuals
Commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice
Bring flexible overnight availability and housing-support skills to Good Shepherd’s residential shelter services at Martha House.
