Fast Food Shift Manager

Lead fast food operations onsite through staff supervision, scheduling, and food quality control in a noisy, hot, wet environment. English is required.
This Shift Manager role requires secondary school graduation and one to less than two years of experience. You will coordinate food preparation staff, train employees in sanitation and safety, and address customer concerns. The position supports daily service through schedules, cost estimates, stock records, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish methods and schedules to meet work requirements
Supervise food preparation, portioning, and tray assembly
Train staff in duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Monitor quality standards and address customer complaints
Maintain stock, repair, sales, wastage, and reporting records
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years experience
English language ability
Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
Ability to stand extensively and work under pressure
