This Apprentice Electrician position develops trade skills through industrial electrical construction work. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, testing equipment, installing electrical systems, and maintaining power distribution equipment. Key Responsibilities:

Interpret drawings, blueprints, and electrical code specifications
Test equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance
Install and repair motors, transformers, controls, and switchgear
Install wiring, conduits, feeders, cables, and lighting fixtures
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and maintain records
Requirements:

Be indentured into the electrical trade
Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license
Be eligible to work in Canada
Industrial oil and gas experience is an asset
Flexibility for shifts, overtime, and weekends is an asset
Develop industrial electrical expertise through testing, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across oil and gas construction services.
