TD Customer Experience Associate
TD
Serve TD customers in Red Deer through accurate financial transactions and clear banking advice. This is a 15-hour customer service opportunity.
As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will support Personal and Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and provide positive experiences. The work includes deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and customer concern resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns using standard procedures and escalate exceptions
Promote banking solutions while completing processes promptly
Connect personally with customers about banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Accurate, detail-oriented communication and initiative
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking advice skills to TD Canada Trust customers in Red Deer.
