Lead LensCrafters store performance through retail operations, sales growth, and team development in a full-time assistant management role.
The Assistant Manager leads during the Store Manager’s absence and supports business ownership within the marketplace. This role represents LensCrafters as a premier vision destination. You will support plans, develop colleagues, and deliver performance metrics across sales, conversion, profitability, and care goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support store business plans to maximize sales and profitability
Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop teams
Provide clear, constructive, timely development feedback
Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
Promote compliance with policies and complete administrative duties
Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent
At least one year managing or supervising direct reports
Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
Strong communication, listening, selling, and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
