National Advisory Desk Associate

Wellington-Altus Private Wealth in Toronto is seeking an Associate for the National Advisory Desk to move client households from advisors into NAD. You will build transition lists, contact clients to book meetings with the Lead Advisor, and arrange advisor meetings with the Senior Manager, NAD.
The role requires experience in wealth management, strong organization, and excellent client communication. You will support the Lead Advisor and maintain accurate records while following CIRO guidelines.
