Shape CAE’s global strategy through strategic analysis, market research, and executive presentations supporting enterprise priorities. Work across divisions and functions on strategic planning.
As an Analyst, Global Strategy, you will work with the Chief Strategy Officer and strategy directors. Support CAE’s OKR program, strategic planning process, and special projects. Analyze business performance, risks, markets, and competitive developments while preparing materials for senior audiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Support strategic planning through market and competitive research
Analyze key business performance indicators for strategic decisions
Align strategic plans and initiatives with cross-company partners
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and Board materials
Advance OKRs, risk monitoring, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Two to five years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated PowerPoint and Excel ability
Strategic, analytical mindset for complex frameworks
Strong communication and executive presentation skills
Apply strategic analysis, OKR support, and executive communication skills to advance CAE’s enterprise strategy and critical initiatives.
