Lil’wat Nation in Mount Currie, BC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, leave and accommodations, compensation, HRIS, and policy implementation in a culturally safe, trauma-informed framework.
You will mentor HR staff, partner with leaders, and ensure compliant, people-centered HR services across the organization. Requires 5–7 years of HR experience and a BC driver's license.
