As In-House Legal Counsel I, you will manage files of varying complexity from beginning to conclusion. Your work includes preparing legal documents and supporting applications, mediations, judicial settlement conferences, and trials. Weekly hours may fluctuate with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle insurance litigation files of varying complexity
Draft opinions, pleadings, and affidavits
Prepare legal documents supporting applications and mediations
Support judicial settlement conferences and trials
Requirements:
Ability to handle insurance litigation files
Ability to draft opinions and pleadings
Ability to prepare affidavits and legal documents
Ability to work independently on legal matters
