Toronto-based Senior AML Quality Control Analyst specializing in STR validation, RGS assessment, and financial crime reporting quality. This role requires four onsite days weekly.
At TD, the Senior Quality Control Analyst reviews investigative outcomes across STR, NFA, and RTC decisions. You will apply FINTRAC requirements, examine transactional data, and assess whether narratives clearly support conclusions. The role also helps build TD’s STR Quality Control program.
Key Responsibilities:

Validate STR, NFA, and RTC investigative outcomes
Confirm RGS thresholds and appropriate customer decisions
Review transactions to ensure reportable activity is submitted
Identify root causes behind quality issues
Deliver feedback and develop quality metrics
Requirements:

Minimum five years’ AML or financial crime experience at an FI
Thorough understanding of STR filing requirements and RGS thresholds
Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or second-level review experience
Successful interaction across multiple diverse disciplines
Concise feedback and excellent organizational communication skills
Use AML expertise, sound judgment, and clear communication to strengthen TD’s STR quality control and FINTRAC reporting.
