Lead urban infrastructure design and project management with autonomy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across projects from planning through construction support.
As lead designer and project manager, you will manage medium-complexity urban infrastructure projects from needs assessment through closure. Your work includes preliminary studies, plans, specifications, tendering, calculations, hydraulic validations, and construction support. You will coordinate disciplines, clients, municipalities, contractors, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and required resources
Design water, sewer, road, drainage, and grading projects
Produce plans, profiles, details, specifications, and cost estimates
Coordinate disciplines and monitor deliverables, budgets, and schedules
Review shop drawings and provide construction-stage technical support
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and OIQ membership
Six to eight years of relevant civil engineering experience
At least four years designing urban infrastructure
Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and preparing specifications
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365
