Support Princess Auto’s Royal Service as a Night Leader, connecting with customers while coordinating Team Members and department tasks.
This Team Leader Trainee position focuses on creating a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience during evening operations. You will lead department work, answer product-related questions, and help Team Members develop through on-the-job training. You will also support Sales, organize merchandise, allocate inventory correctly, and maintain respectful workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with customers through eye contact and friendly interactions
Assist customers with purchases and create memorable visits
Coordinate department plans and tasks with Team Members
Support Sales Team customer service and product assistance
Maintain safe, respectful, and organized work areas
Requirements:

Previous leadership experience in retail or service
