Airport Food Service Associate
SSP America
Serve travelers at Toronto Pearson International Airport using POS transactions, cash handling, and welcoming customer service. Work scheduled 5AM to 3PM shifts.
SSP Canada operates more than 30 restaurants throughout Toronto Pearson International Airport. As a Food Service Associate, you will support customer experiences while following company service standards. Prepare ordered items, maintain kitchen stations, and process payments accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and prioritize their needs
Prepare, garnish, and present ordered menu items
Stock food, paper products, and condiments daily
Enter orders accurately into the POS system
Receive payments and process customer change
Requirements:
One year of food service experience strongly preferred
High school diploma preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic mathematical skills for cash register operations
Required RAIC and legal authorization to work in Canada
