As a Personal Support Worker, you will support residents safely while following government standards, residents’ rights, and Yee Hong’s mission. The role requires interpersonal skills, customer service, initiative, problem-solving, and time management. Long-term care experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care for residents’ daily activities
Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
Support physical, social, and emotional needs safely
Follow resident-centred care practices and relevant standards
Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and short shifts
Requirements:

Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
Current CPR Certificate
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Long-term care experience considered an asset
Support older adults through compassionate personal care, resident-centred practice, and strong interpersonal skills at Yee Hong.
