RESPONSIBILITIES
TASKS
Recommend measures to improve productivity
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures toimprove productivity and product quality
Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
Prepare production and other reports
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities ofworkers
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
