This Strategic Pursuit Manager role focuses on positioning WSP for high-value opportunities across its markets. You will work with senior business leaders, technical teams, business development professionals, and external partners to shape compelling win themes, value propositions, and pursuit strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement capture plans that position WSP to compete successfully
Identify differentiators through market research and competitive intelligence
Collaborate across leadership teams to strengthen pursuit excellence
Facilitate cross-functional teams through strategic pursuit activities
Champion improvements using lessons learned and market insights
Requirements:

Degree in business, commerce, marketing, communications, or relevant field
Eight-plus years of strategic pursuit, capture, proposal, or related experience
Demonstrated ability to develop winning pursuit strategies
Advanced presentation skills and compelling value proposition development
Ability to influence matrix teams while managing competing deadlines
