This Business Intelligence and Data Analyst supports Merchandising and Merchandise Operations. You will partner with stakeholders, global partners, cross-functional teams, and IT. The work includes translating evolving needs into prioritized user stories supporting Intelligent Automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, maintain, and publish business reports
Develop dashboards and tools supporting business needs
Provide analytical support, recommendations, and decision-making materials
Identify process efficiency and business intelligence improvement opportunities
Support RPA, Power Automate, and Power Apps solutions
Requirements:

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Power Platform proficiency
Experience with Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas, DAX, and M Language
Experience with Power Query and Fabric data preparation tools
