Municipal Syndicate Operations Analyst

Support US Municipal new issues in Bedford as a Syndicate Operations Analyst, applying settlement expertise and precise operational controls.
This full time RBC role supports Muni syndicate offerings within Capital Markets. You will coordinate settlements, funding, transactions, and regulatory compliance. Frequent communication with trading desks and syndicate members helps ensure operational efficiency, accurate execution, and minimized risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire DTC eligibility and liaise with transfer agents
Prepare settlement letters, expenses, P&L, and final amounts
Wire settlement monies and pay vendor invoices
Record deal transactions, statistics, and details accurately
Manage settlements while mitigating operational and reputational risk
Requirements:
One to two years of experience with background check validations
Excellent problem identification and resolution skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work against time deadlines
Team-oriented approach to operational delivery
Bring settlement coordination, risk awareness, and organized communication to RBC's US Municipal syndicate operations in Bedford.
