Deliver technical training for IT products in Edmonton while building adoption through facilitation, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagement. Support learners across diverse audiences.
As a Technical Trainer, you will support PCL Constructors Inc. through instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning. You will develop curricula, e-learning content, and learning resources while helping product champions, project teams, and end users adopt solutions. The work includes software rollouts, feedback analysis, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, and adoption sessions
Develop curricula, e-learning content, and learning resources
Prepare training environments, datasets, presentations, and materials
Measure effectiveness and improve learning outcomes
Support rollouts through stakeholder engagement and coaching
Requirements:
Postsecondary diploma or degree in a related field
Two or more years delivering training or facilitating workshops
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design practices
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar work-tracking systems
