Financial Reporting Accountant Vancouver

Support financial reporting and lease accounting as an Accountant with Lush in a hybrid Vancouver, BC role. Bring reconciliation expertise and curiosity.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will support monthly and annual financial statements across Lush’s North American business streams. Your work includes journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, variance analysis, lease accounting, accruals, and compliance. Collaboration supports Digital, Retail, Manufacturing, and Admin/Corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries for monthly financial reporting
Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
Manage prepaids, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Complete Canadian and US lease accounting entries
Support audits and coordinate financial documentation
Requirements:
CPA designation or enrollment in CPA PEP
Three or more years of accounting experience
Month-end close experience in multi-entity environments
Lease accounting experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize under time pressure
