Healthcare Marketing Communications Coordinator

Shape health care communications at CIHI through marketing materials, stakeholder content, and clear written communication in Toronto or Ottawa. Support campaigns serving Canada’s health systems.
The Marketing Coordinator collaborates across CIHI to communicate its value proposition to healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and clients. You will assist corporate marketing activities, coordinate content production, and help ensure consistent brand messaging. This role supports awareness, engagement, and growth within the health care community.
Key Responsibilities:
Tailor communications and materials for target audiences
Liaise with editing, translation, design, and web teams
Coordinate content across multiple marketing channels
Develop materials for stakeholder engagement opportunities
Maintain consistent brand messaging across materials
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
One to three years in marketing or communications roles
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative team approach
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to multitask while taking ownership
Use marketing coordination, communications, and stakeholder collaboration skills to support CIHI’s health care community and corporate priorities.
