Licensed Practical Nurse Home Support Lead

Coordinate compassionate home support care as a Licensed Practical Nurse Team Lead with Northern Health in Prince George. Rotating days and nights support community clients.
Under a manager’s supervision, this LPN Team Lead coordinates Home Support Services across homes, schools, communities, and physician practices. The position supervises Community Health Workers, oversees client care plans, and provides training and evaluation of personal care techniques. You will advocate for clients, apply best practices, and contribute to interprofessional care.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Community Health Workers delivering Home Support Services
Oversee implementation of client care plans
Train and evaluate personal care techniques
Provide advocacy services for clients and families
Apply safe, ethical, competent care practices
Requirements:
Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
Two years of recent related experience
One year of supervisory experience, or equivalent training
Valid British Columbia Driver’s License
Ability to use your own vehicle
Bring LPN registration, supervisory ability, and client advocacy skills to Northern Health’s community-based Home Support Team.
