Infrastructure Management Project Manager
Ferrovial
Lead infrastructure management operations for Webber, part of Ferrovial, using project management and financial analysis skills. Work spans office and field environments.
This Project Manager oversees daily operations while meeting contract standards safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. The position coordinates planning, estimating, procurement, scheduling, quality, safety, and financial management. It also manages customer relationships, subcontractor agreements, regulatory approvals, and project compliance. Advanced asset management knowledge supports facility maintenance, repairs, and operations across changing project conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct project teams and coordinate daily contract operations
Monitor financial performance and prepare management recommendations
Oversee planning, estimating, procurement, and cost control
Maintain client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships
Promote safety and monitor rehabilitation activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Five to ten years of industry experience required
Facility management or supervisory experience required
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
Microsoft Office and CMMS proficiency, including DataStream or INFOR
