Senior Municipal Infrastructure Engineer

Lead municipal infrastructure delivery at AtkinsRéalis, applying civil engineering expertise across Western Canada. Coordinate designs, construction, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
As a Senior Municipal Engineer, you will deliver municipal and utility infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will manage budgets, schedules, resources, and design deliverables while serving municipal clients. The work requires Alberta design standards, Civil 3D, and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead municipal and utility infrastructure designs through construction
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables
Act as Engineer of Record and oversee QA/QC
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and municipal stakeholders
Mentor junior staff and support team growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer registration in Alberta
Minimum 15 years of municipal infrastructure design experience
Knowledge of Alberta standards, specifications, and approving agencies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project
