Recovery of Hope Program Director
Eden Care Services
Lead Recovery of Hope’s Winnipeg counselling program with strong leadership and business administration skills. This permanent, full-time schedule runs Monday to Friday.
The Program Director provides overall direction and supervision for the Recovery of Hope Counselling program. Working with the Clinical Director, this senior leadership position oversees counselling programs across southern Manitoba. The role supports the vision and mission established by the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall direction to the Recovery of Hope Counselling program
Supervise program operations and related activities
Collaborate with the Clinical Director across southern Manitoba
Support the Board-established vision and mission
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or related field experience
At least five years of program management experience
At least two years of management or supervision experience
Strong business administration, finance, and marketing knowledge
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Bring program direction, supervision, and leadership expertise to Recovery of Hope’s counselling services across southern Manitoba.
