Savings Product Manager Pricing Analytics

Drive Savings product performance at BMO through pricing, analytics, and operational improvements in Canadian Personal Banking. Work from 33 Dundas Street West.
As Product Manager, Savings, you will support BMO’s Savings portfolio and report to the Senior Manager, Savings. The role spans product capabilities, pricing, reporting, controls, process improvement, and frontline support. You will use data, automation, and technology to address recurring customer and employee issues while supporting portfolio economics and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Define requirements for new Savings products and offer capabilities
Coordinate pricing changes, approvals, implementation, and monitoring
Develop dashboards and reporting for portfolio performance and risk
Investigate complex customer and frontline Savings issues
Provide product guidance, procedures, and training materials
Requirements:
Strong analytical and technical skills
Sound product judgment and hands-on execution
Advanced Excel and SQL or similar querying skills
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Automate
Ability to collaborate across business and control partners
Apply product judgment, pricing analysis, automation, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen BMO’s Savings portfolio and customer support.
