Lead complex defence projects from Ottawa in a hybrid Project Manager role requiring schedule, cost, and quality control expertise.
Thales seeks a Project Manager to deliver assigned projects, establish governance, and maintain the business rhythm throughout execution. You will support the LC4ISR Project while collaborating with Portfolio Managers, stakeholders, customers, and integrated teams. The position requires strong communication, influencing, and domain experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, lead, and control assigned project areas
Establish project governance, business rhythm, and management frameworks
Develop schedules and track cost, scope, risk, and performance
Manage customer and stakeholder relationships throughout project execution
Lead integrated teams and support Execution Excellence initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant proven experience
Certified Practicing Project Manager, IPMA, or PMP certification
At least five years in engineering or defence
Minimum three years managing complex projects or work packages
Eligibility for Canadian or United States export authorization
Bring project governance, stakeholder leadership, and delivery expertise to Thales Canada Defence and Security in Ottawa.
