Aerospace Manufacturing Project Manager
AAA-Canada
Lead aerospace manufacturing projects through product improvement, assembly cycle reduction, and ramp-up initiatives in a full-time day-shift position. AAA Canada offers this temporary contract with possibility of permanence.
As a Methods and Processes Project Manager, you will maintain and improve the final pre-assembly manufacturing strategy and plan. You will manage complex projects, coordinate project phases, and align resources and stakeholders. The position requires manufacturing project experience, technical understanding, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilités clés:
Improve the final pre-assembly manufacturing strategy and plan
Manage product improvement, cycle reduction, and ramp-up projects
Coordinate activities across assigned project phases
Present progress statuses to the management committee
Manage project budgets, expenses, risks, and communications
Exigences:
College diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
More than 10 years in manufacturing project implementation
Solid project management skills and decisive leadership
French communication skills with functional English
Interest in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization
