Heavy Duty Truck Service Manager

Inland Truck & Equipment seeks a Service Manager for its sales and service dealership in Burnaby, BC. This leadership position oversees productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, service records, and sold technician time. The manager supervises Service Advisors and Equipment and Truck Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast service department goals and objectives
Manage staffing, performance, budgets, and reporting systems
Review repair orders before warranty submission
Ensure fair estimates and prompt customer follow-up
Maintain repair quality and service vehicle safety
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Heavy-duty truck or equipment technical knowledge
Three years of related experience or training
Financial report analysis and strong leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and passport for required travel
Bring heavy-duty technical knowledge, leadership, and customer relations expertise to Inland’s Burnaby service department.
