The Senior Director, Information Risk Management Strategy and Insights supports the Global Leader and Chief Information Risk Officer. This global role engages senior leadership across Manulife’s lines of defense. It combines reporting, governance, planning, collaboration, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Support evolving reporting capabilities for Information Risk Management leadership
Deliver quarterly and annual Senior Management and Board reporting
Collaborate with senior leaders across all lines of defense
Build roadmaps supporting the multi-year Information Risk strategy
Lead complex operational initiatives with evolving requirements
Requirements:
Minimum six years of progressive leadership experience
Background in information technology, risk management, audit, or related areas
Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills
Strong time management and organizational capabilities
Ability to shift between strategy, detail, and execution
Apply strategic leadership, governance, reporting, and execution expertise to Manulife’s global Information Risk Management organization.
