Senior Environmental Project Manager

Lead complex environmental infrastructure projects with AtkinsRéalis in Toronto or Ottawa, applying project management and environmental assessment expertise. Occasional travel within Canada may be required.
As Senior Project Manager (Environment), you will guide projects through Ontario assessment, planning, permitting, and approval processes. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, clients, and multidisciplinary integration. The work includes regulatory and Indigenous consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead infrastructure projects from initiation through environmental approval and completion
Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change
Coordinate engineering, environmental, Indigenous, permitting, and construction teams
Provide governance, forecasting, reporting, and senior-level oversight
Advise clients and mentor junior and intermediate professionals
Requirements:
Large multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery experience
Typically fifteen-plus years in environmental consulting or related fields
Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, planning, science, or related discipline
Ontario Environmental Assessment and permitting knowledge
Valid driver's license and strong stakeholder communication experience
