As a Merchandise Coordinator with TJX Companies, you will execute receiving and merchandising standards while guiding Associates. The position supports efficient truck delivery, sales-floor replenishment, customer service, and organized backroom operations. You will train others, monitor productivity, and communicate priorities with management.
Key Responsibilities:

Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing
Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded
Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles
Monitor productivity and coach Associates as needed
Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards
Requirements:

One year of retail experience
Six months of leadership experience
Superior communication and organizational skills
Ability to train others and multitask
Availability for flexible schedules, nights, and weekends
Bring retail leadership, merchandise coordination, and customer service skills to TJ Maxx’s Vancouver store team.
