Coordinate home care schedules with strong customer service and computer skills as a full time Client Coordinator supporting patients and field staff.
At ParaMed, this entry level Coordinator serves as the primary contact for clients and field staff. You will match patients needing care with appropriate staff using availability, suggested times, and relevant skills. The work supports organized, responsive home health care service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign appropriate staff based on patient needs and availability
Build patient care schedules
Update employee and patient data in computerized systems
Respond courteously to calls and electronic communications
Document and report staff and patient interactions
Requirements:
Strong computer skills
Superior customer service skills
Effective oral and written communication
Compassion and empathy for patients and families
Administrative, office, or scheduling experience is an asset
