Present new and pre-owned vehicles at Twin Motors Thompson through demonstrations, test drives, and clear customer communication. Training supports candidates without automotive experience.
This Product Specialist position focuses on helping customers choose vehicles that fit their needs. You will explain features, payments, pricing, and financing options honestly while building long-term relationships. The work includes in-person and digital communication, product learning, and progress toward established monthly sales and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen first and identify vehicles suited to customer needs
Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
Discuss vehicle features, pricing, payments, and financing
Maintain strong product knowledge through available training
Complete additional duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Ability to present information clearly and confidently
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Comfort using social media to build relationships
Valid Manitoba driver's licence
Use presentation, negotiation, and product knowledge skills to guide customers through vehicle purchases at Twin Motors Thompson.
