Loss Prevention Specialist Coquitlam
Sephora
Use loss prevention expertise at Sephora’s Coquitlam store through surveillance, investigations, and shortage reduction. The role is full time at 2929 Barnet Highway.
As an Asset Protection Partner, you will protect store assets and support Leadership with operational controls. Your work includes identifying external theft, preserving evidence, preparing reports, and supporting shrinkage prevention plans. You will also communicate findings and maintain relationships with relevant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, observe, deter, or apprehend external theft
Preserve evidence under applicable laws and Sephora policies
Testify in court when summoned on company matters
Assist inventory preparation and store inventory processes
Support shrinkage prevention plan execution with stores
Requirements:
Retail loss prevention experience of at least one year
Ability to coach loss prevention techniques calmly
Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and interviewing communication
Windows, Word, and Excel proficiency is desirable
Availability across multiple locations within a market
Apply asset protection judgment, investigation skills, and operational awareness while supporting Sephora’s Coquitlam retail team.
