Represent Lindt & Sprüngli in Victoria and Duncan through field sales, retail execution, and customer relationship management. This temporary four-day part-time assignment supports chocolate brands in designated stores.
The Territory Manager reports to the Field Sales Manager and promotes growth for Lindt, Ghirardelli, and Russell Stover products. You will implement sales plans, manage key account programs, review retail pricing, and provide store-level feedback. The assignment requires regular territory coverage.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent Lindt & Sprüngli with selling banners professionally
Review retail support programs and display allowances
Manage listings, planograms, pricing, and shelf positioning
Communicate with merchandisers to improve store activity
Manage invoice and promotional agreement claims proactively
Requirements:

Post-secondary education
Good proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Minimum two years in Consumer Packaged Goods sales distribution
Strong relationship-building ability with customers
Self-starter able to work independently and in teams
Bring field sales discipline, retail program management, and customer communication skills to Lindt & Sprüngli stores.
