SAP Buyer Stockroom Lead

Use SAP, purchasing, and inventory expertise as a Stockroom Lead supporting McCain’s Coaldale manufacturing operation full-time.
This Lead Hand Stockroom position combines stockroom direction with SAP Buyer responsibilities. You will manage parts and supplies, maintain computerized inventory, correct invoice issues, and communicate with suppliers and vendors. The role also trains stockroom clerks and supports physical inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with suppliers on quotes, confirmations, and controlled inventory
Correct SAP invoice errors and approve invoices
Meet planners regarding direct purchases for work orders
Trace inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
Prepare returns for vendor exchange, repair, or credit
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
One to two years related experience or training may qualify
Interpret safety, maintenance, and procedure documentation
Communicate effectively with employees and organizational customers
Apply commonsense judgment in standardized situations
Bring SAP purchasing, invoice management, supplier communication, and inventory control capabilities to McCain’s stockroom leadership team.
