AgeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to collaborate with the Director of Care in delivering resident care to meet individual needs, within the nurse's level of competency.
The RN will lead shift reports, coordinate nursing and other services, document changes in residents’ condition, and ensure physician orders are implemented promptly while upholding safety and quality standards across Ontario communities.
