Serve Meridian Members onsite in Burlington through financial advice, transactional banking, and relationship-focused sales and service. Walker's Line branch location.
As a full-time Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions. The role combines front-line transactions with account opening, credit offerings, wealth referrals, and Meridian product positioning. You will support Member financial well-being while contributing to individual and team business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate day-to-day transactional banking services
Identify needs and recommend Member-focused financial solutions
Open accounts and offer appropriate credit products
Refer wealth opportunities and partner with business channels
Participate in community activities and Meridian events
Requirements:
Strong desire for financial services career growth
Financial industry knowledge and business acumen
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Decision-making, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is an asset
