Fine Dining Restaurant Supervisor
Relais & Châteaux
Lead fine dining service at the Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island, applying strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills during predominantly AM shifts.
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will guide Food and Beverage outlets within a Relais & Châteaux property. The position requires supervisory experience, fine dining knowledge, wine and spirits expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement. You will support exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operating standards and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure personalized guest service meets recognized hospitality standards
Provide daily leadership across Food and Beverage outlets
Assist with team member training and development
Maintain staff product knowledge and service readiness
Assist with revenue, payroll, menus, and Silverware POS
Requirements:
Minimum one year supervisory or management experience
Minimum three years previous fine dining experience
Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and alcohol
Valid Serving It Right certification
WSET 2 or equivalent is an asset
Bring fine dining leadership, beverage knowledge, and detailed guest service to the Wickaninnish Inn Restaurant Team.
