Lead Shoe Co. customer experiences as a full-time Supervisor, using service coaching and product knowledge to support store objectives.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this Supervisor helps lead an inclusive store environment and diverse customer connections. The position supports in-store sales, web orders, and goals directed by Store Management. Success requires collaboration, operational excellence, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize store business results through exceptional customer experiences
Maintain product and industry trend knowledge
Role model responsive service and merchandise presentation
Coach team members and provide directed feedback
Open and close the store proficiently
Requirements:
Open, approachable, and outgoing customer-service attitude
Strong desire to assist customer needs
Motivation to achieve store results
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced teams
Availability for closing shifts and weekends
