Process Analyst Co-op Intern

Support Agile delivery processes as a Process Analyst Intern with TMX, using analytical, research, and organizational skills. This four-month co-op runs January 11 through April 30, 2027.
Within the TMX Project Management Office, you will govern and support delivery processes as a primary support liaison. The internship involves process documentation, communications planning, Agile tools, and continuous improvement. You will also support audits, PMO leaders, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain PMO plans, policies, procedures, and documentation
Develop implementation and communications plans for procedure changes
Liaise with auditors and scrum masters during annual audits
Support Clusters with Agile processes and tools
Maintain Confluence, Google site, presentations, and dashboards
Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or Project Management
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and within a dedicated team
Develop process governance, documentation, and Agile support experience while contributing to TMX Project Management Office delivery operations.
