A&W Restaurant Operations Manager

Lead A&W restaurant operations in Edmonton with expertise in team leadership, food safety, and financial controls. This is a full-time, 40-hour position.
The McMurray Group seeks a Restaurant Manager for A&W Restaurants at Bonnie Doon Mall. You will oversee restaurant operations, customer experience, A&W standards, regulatory compliance, team development, and business profitability. The position requires restaurant management experience, strong communication, and operational knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food quality, service speed, guest experience, and cost control
Manage scheduling, staffing, equipment, facilities, and operating standards
Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate restaurant team members
Manage inventory, accounting, budgets, revenues, and controllable costs
Resolve guest concerns and oversee food safety compliance
Requirements:
Three to five years of restaurant management experience
Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
FOODSAFE Level 1 required; Level 2 preferred
Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
Proficiency in POS systems, Windows 11, and Microsoft 365 Business
