Momentum Financial Services Group seeks a Branch Manager for its location at #1-2628 Beverly Street. You will coach employees, support financial transactions, and help customers access appropriate products. The position combines branch leadership with sales, collections, cash control, staffing, and responsible lending responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer transactions, questions, education, and financial product sales
Drive branch sales targets, referrals, collections, and expense control
Maintain compliant customer files, applications, records, and transaction data
Coach employees through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
Monitor cash handling, reconciliation, security, and branch procedures
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
One or more years managing or leading teams
One or more years interviewing, hiring, and evaluating candidates
Sales, lending, collections, or retail finance experience preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency and strong English communication skills
Bring hands-on leadership, sales focus, customer service, and compliance expertise to Money Mart branch operations.
