Skechers Assistant Store Manager

Skechers seeks an Assistant Store Manager skilled in team leadership and sales management. Support daily operations while delivering seamless customer service.
This Assistant Store Manager supports the Management Team across store operations and team leadership. You will drive daily performance through inventory management, visual merchandising, sales initiatives, and customer service. The position contributes directly to store profitability and overall success.
Key Responsibilities:

Mentor, coach, and motivate employees toward sales goals
Maintain Skechers displays and store layouts
Monitor stock levels and manage restocking processes
Oversee scheduling, opening, closing, and operational systems
Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges
Requirements:

Sales management experience delivering results and meeting targets
Exceptional team leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational skills for inventory and operations
Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays
At least 18 years of age at application
Lead Skechers retail performance through team development, sales management, inventory control, and outstanding customer service.
