The Store Manager guides, develops, and inspires the team as a Sunglass Hut ambassador. You will deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience, grow customer relationships, and support sales and operational execution. This position requires hands-on leadership across store functions and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver sales plans and company objectives using Sunglass Hut tools
Coach, mentor, and inspire associates to improve store performance
Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members for staffing needs
Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback
Execute operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of previous leadership experience
Expertise across every aspect of store operations
Critical thinking for operational execution
Customer service or retail experience preferred
