As a Sales Consultant, you will represent Miele and its premium domestic appliances in a customer-focused retail setting. Your work includes preparing quotes and orders, selling Cash-and-Carry products, and guiding owners. You will also support events, generate leads, and follow Miele Experience strategies and operational guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent premium customer experiences
Achieve store sales targets through expert consultations
Prepare customer quotes and orders
Sell, cross-sell, and upsell products
Create leads from consumer events
Requirements:

Minimum two years’ premium retail sales experience
Customer service experience in premium retail
Experience coordinating and managing events
Experience working in a team environment
Flexibility for evenings and weekends
